A real DJ console in your browser — four decks, beatgrids, key detection, loops, FX and a set recorder. Free, no account, no upload.

Let it analyse. 6oal reads the tempo, beatgrid, musical key and waveform on your device — usually a few seconds per track.

Nothing leaves your device. 6oal DJ makes no network requests with your audio. Your files are never uploaded, and the audio itself is never even stored in the browser — only the analysis (BPM, key, grid, cue points, waveform) is saved, so you re-pick your files after a reload.

Streaming services cannot be mixed in a browser — by anyone.

Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music and YouTube Music deliver DRM-protected audio. That audio is decoded inside a locked module the page cannot reach, so it can never be routed into the Web Audio pipeline that pitch, EQ, filters and the crossfader need. Spotify ended third-party DJ integrations in 2020, and Apple Music's DJ support is limited to native apps with special entitlements — never web apps. This is not a 6oal limitation and there is no workaround.

What to use instead: tracks you have purchased and downloaded (Bandcamp, Beatport, Juno, iTunes Store), your own recordings and bounces, DJ pools you subscribe to, or royalty-free and Creative Commons music. This is exactly how Serato, rekordbox and Traktor work too — local files, always.

Keyboard shortcuts

Shortcuts act on the focused deck — the one with the glowing edge. Nothing fires while you are typing in a text box.

Good to know

Your audio is never stored. Only the analysis lives in this browser (IndexedDB). After a reload, press Relink and re-pick the same files — every BPM, grid, cue and crate survives.
Keylock is a granular shifter. Transparent to about ±10%, audibly grainy past ±25% — the browser gives no native pitch-preserving mode for buffer playback, so this is honest DSP, not magic.
True headphone cueing needs a second output device and a browser with setSinkId (Chrome and Edge on desktop). Everywhere else, use Split cue — cue in the left ear, master in the right.
Set recordings capture the master bus and download as WAV (lossless) plus a compressed copy.

Re-pick your audio files

6oal never stores your audio — only its analysis. Choose the same files again and everything reconnects: BPM, beatgrid, cues, crates and ratings all survive. Nothing is re-analysed.
